Small dogs 6–20 lbs only
Puppies expected to exceed 20 lbs when fully grown cannot be accepted
Up-to-date DHLPP and Bordetella vaccinations
Monthly flea/tick/heartworm prevention required
Male dogs over 7 months must be neutered; females in heat cannot attend

All dogs must pass an evaluation interview prior to using daycare or boarding services at ALOHA DOG. This ensures all dogs will be able have a good experience and time well spent at ALOHA DOG.
If you like to come in for an evaluation interview, please read daycare policy and boarding policy and make an appointment in advance.
Necessary documents are to be filled at the time of daycare and boarding service.Vaccination record ( DHLPP OR EQUIVALENT. Bordetella (kennel cough) is within 12 months of visit. ) is required.
While filling out the form, all the dogs are separated from daycare area for preparation of an evaluation interview.
After filling out the form, the dog with a leash on enters into daycare area for an evaluation interview with the trainer’s instruction. The dog’s owner is not supposed to enter into daycare area because this is the test for the dog that does the joining.
In accordance with the trainer’s instruction, the dog is released one at the time into daycare area. This causes the dog to get used the environment with other dogs gradually.
In our evaluation, in accordance with the dog, we are facing it to turn from a quiet dog in consideration.
The first interview is very important to build the top and bottom relation of the dog smoothly. The dog is released one at a time who is waiting attentively, we then confirm an affinity with the dogs.
The dog will pass when the dog does join smoothly. There is the case that we decline due to the possibility that the aggressive dog and the dog which is scared extremely is connected with a big accident.
